Thankyou to everyone who helped on the night and made it a very enjoyable evening for all, if a little wet!

Please find attached information for the Ski Club Fitness Sessions that will be starting on Friday April 4 at 6.30.

Venue Berkhamsted Collegiate School.

Please note that to start with the minimum age for participating will be 8. This may be reviewed after a while.

Also attached is a "Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire" (PARQ). If you do intend to participate could you please fill one of these in & bring it along on the first session.
