The races will take place on the Nuova pistes in Pila and are open to all British schools and clubs through National Ski Councils. Competitors wishing to make an entry must be in full time education. Entries for the BISS Racing Alpine Championships should be made individually indicating name of school team of which they are members and signed by teacher or parent to whom the competitor is responsible. ALL competitors MUST be in the charge of an adult who is in the resort and who is responsible for them at all times. U10/U12’s are included in school teams and team events.

Insurance All competitors need to provide proof of insurance with the entry form which should include withdrawal from the race. Entry fees and lift passes are non-refundable. Parents of all competitors will be required to sign an Athlete’s Declaration, which can be found here – Athletes Declaration.

For your entry to be processed we require the following no later than 30 November 2013. ? Full payment of entry ski pass and accommodation package if required. ? Signed Athlete’s Declaration (where applicable) ? Proof of Insurance (photocopy)

Changes may be made to this programme for various reasons and without prior notice and responsibility for such changes cannot be accepted by the organisers. Entries will be limited and priority will be given to school team entries. An acceptance list will be published on the BISS Racing web site, and during december 2013. Those entries not accepted will be informed by email.

PLEASE NOTE: entries received after November 30 2013 will only be accepted if there is space in the event and will be subject to an admin fee of £10 per person per race. CHEQUES CANNOT BE RECEIVED AFTER NOVEMBER 30th 2013

The official notice board will be in the lobby of the Hotel La Chance, all entry data and teams will be posted on the board, any corrections will need to be notified to the organisers by 4.30 pm Saturday before the team captains Briefing at 5.30 pm Race Officials Headquarters will be in the hotel La Chance, Pila.

Accommodation Packages: Special rates have been made with Hotel La Chance for those staying a minimum of 4 nights. There is also a special rate for those taking a package to include airport transfers, half board accommodation, lift passes and training. To Avail of this discounted rate, all Bookings must be made via Impulse and BISS Racing All others should arrange accommodation through the Tourist Office Aosta.

Piste Inspection has been arranged for Saturday 11 January 2014. A training course will be provided for competitors to train through (by prior arrangement) on both Saturday and Sunday in preparation for the races. Please contact the Chief of Race Phil Brown – or on 07711083186 to book or organise this training. Entries other than team entries will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Entries will only be accepted with full payment as detailed above.

Prizes Prizes will be awarded to the first five individuals in each discipline and category, in each of the following categories, U10. U12, U14, U16, U18 and U21. British school and team prizes are awarded based on combined results. Teams Teams are composed of 4 skiers, best 3 to count, max 2 teams per school. Prizes for first 3 teams in the senior category and the junior category will also be presented. Please ensure that you inform us of which category your school are entered in.

All entries for all events must be made on the form provided. Once entered and names registered, team substitutions can only be made in the event of injury or illness.
