The ERSA Tallington Summer League takes place this Sunday 14 June at Tallington Lakes near Stamford in Lincolnshire. Pleases see the ERSA website for an invite and entry procedure. If you have never been to Tallington before the slope is located on a Camping/Water Sing Complex. See below for one of our members comments.

Located somewhere near Stamford, in Lincolnshire (were not exactly sure where because we always get lost when we go there). A relative newcomer to the Summer League, its situated on a campsite/leisure complex with a lake nearby. If youre into camping, great to make a weekend of it.

Its another short slope, served by one dodgy lift, but again not far to walk to the top.

The ski slope has a fantastic shop, so in between your three runs of ten seconds therell be plenty of time to use your flexible friend. The slope provide a BBQ for both breakfasts n lunch if you so feel inclined. The shop restaurant also does refreshments throughout the day.

But on a more serious note, all these slopes have one thing in common. Theyre a great day out for both skiers and spectators, with a fantastic open-air atmosphere that you dont get at any of the indoor slopes and in our four years of Summer League competitions weve only actually got rained on once (probably tempting fate for this year¦!).
